We review every release before it is distributed, if something is wrong with your release you will see an alert on your menu / distribution page giving a brief description of the problem. If this happens, please correct the problem and resubmit the release for distribution. If you need help correcting the problem, please contact us.
In some cases a store's submission process may be temporarily inactive or offline, in this case you may see a distribution failure notification (e.g. "could not be delivered at this time" or "unable to connect to..."). In most cases we will re-attempt distribution as quickly as possible. If the error does not clear after 48 hours, please contact us.
