We allow Premium Distribution customers to submit feature requests for a number of different stores. To submit a request, your release must first have been submitted for distribution - once submitted you will be able to see the link 'Features' on the release toolbar when editing a release.
Each store has strict guidelines on when the feature request must be submitted. For example, feature requests for Beatport must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the release date. You will not be able to submit a request if the deadline for the store has passed.
Different fields will need to be completed depending on the store that you are submitting the request to. If you have used Triplepoint's promo system for that release, you will be able to select feedback to submit with your request.
Please keep in mind that each store receives HUNDREDS of feature requests each week. Your chances of receiving a feature will greatly improve if all fields are correctly filled out and you provide a sufficient amount of detail. Partially or poorly completed requests may not be submitted to the stores at Triplepoint's discretion.
Submitting a feature request in no way guarantees that a feature will be received for a release - this is entirely at the discretion of the stores and depends on a number of factors including your sales history at the store. We recommend submitting feature requests only for releases for which you have received a lot of positive feedback and promotion.
